I love heading out for photos, searching for new inspirations to stitch. The last time I did this, everything was dry and yellow. I found the crucuses. Remember those photos? Here's what I captured yesterday afternoon in fifteen minutes on Floral Road. Imagine it in fibre...
We've been having SO much rain. Everything is incredibly lush.
I found red winged black birds, swallows, pigeons, cranes, and a blackbird with yellow (the one that got away). I love the dark water and the reflection of the trees in the next one. The ditches are FLOODED everywhere.
I love the softness in the middle ground of this next one. Mmmm so much texture!
Pretty bird! : ) Posing for it's photo...

Great pictures!!
There are red winged blackbird on my side of the pond...I think they are nesting there???
Looks similar to a walk I did on Saturday. It will be fun to see what you do from the photos -- lots of great material to work with!
These are great Monika - I can picture every one of them as your stitched pictures. They will be lovely!!!
The last 3 are my favorites. The trees with the water is a beautiful photo.
What kind of plant is that in the last two?
I'm sure we'll see it in fiber soon!
Beautiful photography!
