I set out the pictures according to the seasons, from Spring on the left through to Winter on the right. The bars are kind of ugly, so I put my work in clusters and it came together pretty well. There are thirteen pieces in this show, five of which are already sold. They are simply marked as NFS (not for sale). * * * Thank you so much to all of you who are okay with letting me display your new pieces of art in this gallery over the holidays. I hope you'll be able to go there to see them in person.: )
I'll have to leave spools on the floor in every show now, won't I!? ; ) |
Please read the end of the last post if you are interested in any of the ones for sale. All the info is there. Thanks!!

Congratulations! So well done! I'm glad I could see it on your blog since I'm not able to see it in person. The spools are the perfect finishing touch.
What a super appealing exhibit, Monika - I sure wish I could see it in real life! Congratulations. :D
Looks awesome Monika!! I remember last year's display was your first show. Wow, you sure have had an incredible year! Congratulations my creative friend and sending all good thoughts for your upcoming surgery. ((((hugs))))
Stay inspired!

Love the display!! But I can't see the work. :( are they on your Flickr account?
What a great idea and achievement. I know I can't see them couple of million miles too far, but I know that if they are like the rest of your work (or if they are the rest of your work) that I have been seeing, they will be showstoppers
Congratulations! All that planning really paid off. Those horizontal slats are a godsend, aren't they?
The display is just beautiful, as is your work.
Well Done. Its really something - all the hats an artist has to wear besides creating the work itself. You've done a terrific job of the follow through part as well !
I hope to get to Saskatoon before your show is taken down.
Looks good! You've done a thoughtful and visually appealing job with your set-up, and of course the work itself is impeccable. Hope the show is a sell-out for you!!
You've done a super job. Congrats!
Your show looks flat out amazing!! I am so excited for you! And yes, those spools are an extra nice touch. The only problem I have with it is that you are so darn far away that I can't just drive over to have a look for myself. Stay inspired!!
Looks fantastic, good for you!!
I was just by there today! It looks fantastic!
