CreativFestival & A Needle Pulling Thread

As if there weren't enough excitement in my life right now, I almost forgot about this one!  This is the weekend of the 2011 Spring CreativFestival in Toronto.  It's a HUGE event.  A Needle Pulling Thread has a booth there, and they will be displaying all of the projects that are currently in their magazine.  That means my quilt will be on display!

Surprise, surprise!  I haven't seen this one since I mailed it away to the Carla, their editor in January.  This was a fun project.  Carla already had the color scheme picked out for the issue, and I made a children's summer quilt that I though fit those colors.  I ordered more of the fabrics and might have kits available once that issue comes out in June.  I was asked not to show the quilt top before the publication comes out, but I got a little sneaky peaky on the "ANPTMag" Facebook Page.

(my photo)  I stitched some cute detail on the quilt.   : )

I was SO thrilled!  What stunning photography!  Oh, they made that quilt look fabulous.  I'm so excited.  Go peek if you want, but make sure to look around while you are there.  You won't be disappointed.  ; )

p.s.  all colored words in this post are links.

Happy Weekend,
~Monika
