I'm sure some of you are thinking, "Monika, what on earth are you doing? It's so weird." It's a stylized landscape. It's inspired by the arctic. It's ice and snow and the deep dark waters below. I have yet to add many glass beads. I'll do that tomorrow.
I think I love it.
It's backwards because my original thought was to make a huge sheet of ice and snow with just a crack where the fluid water would appear. This ended up being mainly ocean with ice melting into it.
The ice mass is full of many lovely white things which do not photograph well at 2 in the morning. So I'll finish up the beads and show you the finished product later. I smiled the whole time I made this. I really let go, and there is so much symbolism in this... but I won't bore you with that stuff. You can look and decide what you want it to be. : )

I love the look of this. Can't wait to see the finished product. How big is it? I know you do some incredible minature landscapes! Again I am so impressed and amazed with your incredible imagination and creativity!
