12 Days of Fibre Art (updated)

Just a note that there are twelve more days until I take my show down from The Centre Galleries.  That's a lot of time!  I'll go on Sunday, December 30th to pack it up.  I just removed and delivered four thread paintings that have sold (THANK YOU VERY MUCH!).  While I was there I added a couple new ones and did some rearranging.  Looks pretty sweet!  I've had a few requests on Facebook to put up all the photos of what's available for shipping to people out of town/province. so here they are.  If you are in the city, you can purchase and take home on the spot during regular business hours (9-5 Monday to Friday when I can get the key.)  You do not need to wait until the end of the month for that.  Keep in mind that all pieces are matted & framed to approximately 6" longer and wider than the measurements provided in the descriptions below.

these are gorgeous. so much detail from needle and thread.

As a follower of your blog, I am writing to invite you to join in gallery of Christmas Tree Skirts. Today I have written a post about the tree skirt that I made several years ago. I eagerly look forward to putting it under my tree each year. I hope that you will join me in featuring your Tree skirt. one you made, one that has been handed down for generations, perhaps it was a gift. Share your story and photos in a blog post (it can be an older post) and then visit my post and add your link to Mr. Linky and then leave a comment.

Thank-you for considering this opportunity. Feel free to share it with any of your online or personal friends. The more the merrier.

I just wanted to let you know how much I truly enjoy looking at each of your creations. Growing up in the Mid-West, USA, well the scenses you "paint" are so perfect. It seems like each one reminds me of my childhood home. Thanks so much...Happy Holidays

More lovely works of art, Monika. I especially like Aglow at Grasswood - reminds me of a Chinook sky. Autumn at Cranberry Flats is also wonderful -lots of great detail there. Maybe one day I'll treat myself to one of your works... would love to have one in my studio.
P.S. Like the photo of you with the Canada sweater :)
