silks and a new journal for me... |
Speaking of eggs, check out these fresh farm eggs given to us by a friend - they are NOT dyed.
Green eggs and ham!? I kid you not. |
Speaking of kids, one Kinner-Whalen is celebrating a birthday this weekend!
Since we had no wrapping paper...
gifts for my 6 yr old : ) |
As requested by my friend Christie, here is a close up of my 'sewing socks'
...because no one should have to demo in pumps. : )
I love the bright flecks of color : ) |
Happy Sunday!

I'm curios as to what you'll use the silks for. The eggs look like the ones on your journal. The colors are beautiful!
Those eggs are BEAUTIFUl!! I wouldn't want to crack them. :) Do you know what kind of hens they came from?
Green eggs and ham .... sam I am ...I think I still have the record from when I was a wee little girl.... may have given it to my daughter who is a teacher.... have a great day celebrating your daughter....

Araucana eggs! Not only are the eggs fun, the hens look a bit different, too. Had some years ago....
Columbines also lay those greeny blue eggs nice big birds too. I keep a few myself.

Those socks are totally and utterly fantastic!! I am still shopping for my own pair of demo socks, but just love the idea.. and it's so true that I can't sew in pumps. I tried and ended up kicking them off. Much love!!!
My chickens lay blue/green eggs too! Araucana if anyone is interested!
