Things I Love Thursdays

I guess this is all about my heart.  I love how great things have been going for me since I opened up and started blogging.

I love how I survived / surpassed my HUGE fear of public speaking this spring.  I'm not scared anymore.

This wasn't the group that I was scared of speaking to.  : )

I love the fact that I can now run all the way around the lake without collapsing from exhaustion.  I did it 3 times now!  (Christie, are you reading this!? : )

but not around this lake. : )

I love that I can really say I'm stronger than I was a year ago - inside and out.  It's a good thing.

See you tomorrow!

I am just starting to check out what is in my reader from this week and came straight here first. I am so proud of all your running!! I have been hitting stair-er-cise pretty hard (because of taking the puppy out for business). There are about 20 or 25 stairs I have to go down and back up to take the pup out. My calves are huge... but I can feel my muscles begging for a run. Thank goodness for yoga the last few weeks!! Love the green thread too!
