Sunday Snapshots
:( I miss my man. He's been gone for so long. I remember the good old days of tag-teaming with babes in arms. You know, where he would come home and I would pass him the baby as I headed out the door to an appointment, and then upon my return he'd pass the baby back as he ran out for groceries... and so on, and so on. These days it's the same thing but on a bigger scale. He's as much of an entrepreneur as I am. He's spent a week out of the country, then a week in Calgary. When he gets back I go to teach out of town. When I return, he will head out of province again. Upon his return I have 2 days doing fibre art presentations in another city. When I get back he will go to Toronto. Then I head off to Winnipeg for a solo show & some workshops. It's insane really. Bottom line - I'm as proud of his success as he is of mine. Our time together is pretty special and cherished by both of us. Some day we will have to have a family vacation.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I get it now.
Happy Sunday,
(See you at Gardenscape! I'll be there for most of the day in Hall A with the art.)

Wow, you do have a busy life. My husband has only been away a couple of times in the last year but I did get to see what it might be like if I had to look after snow removal or mowing lawns.
You're right, it does make us appreciate them!
Beautifulf photo! So sorry you are apart so much. Went through that when my girls were little.
Oh my goodness you do both lead busy lives. You really must try and plan a family holiday and spend some quality time together.
I LOVE your rose picture - it is so pretty. I just love flowers. Have a great week :))
