Check out this next one. It's taken looking down from on the bank. It look slike a tree top, but no. There's a tree hanging over the water. It's branches are touching down into the pond. At first glance, you'd think it was sky. The white in the top of the photo looks like clouds, but it's not. It's ice chunks out in the water...
Neat-o. And oh those creepy bare oak trees! Still no leaves...
The ice is long gone, but this morning it is snowing : )

It's nice to see summer come, but I do love bare branches. They're so fun to draw that way.
So nice to see that spring has sprung in the Prairies too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful nature pics. I love to see where artists live.
