Things I Love Thursday

Autumn Post Card by My Sweet Prairie
Autumn Post Card, a photo by My Sweet Prairie on Flickr.
Good morning! I love September. I love autumn leaves. I love fibre Postcards!! The sun came out and I was able to snap a photo of my latest card. The new swaps went up at PostcardCottage, and I'm heading to the local quilt shop to hang this up. The back has class contact info. It's me hanging my 'shingle'. I thought it would be pretty sweet instead of another photocopied page on the bulletin board. ; )

This card features piecing, beads, free motion, hand stitches, decorative stitches, and can you guess what the leaf is made of??

Have lovely Thursday!

  5. Love those autumn tones for sure! The leaf is made from iron on stabilizer dyed to match? Pretty creative way to give class details!
