Can I just tell you how much I love that photo!? There were clouds of them. It was incredible. I could have photographed them all day.

Gorgeous. I have dozens of shots of them as they sat, flew up in a big black cloud, and swooped back down to sit on the cat tails again. Over and over. It was lovely. Here's one more shot from the hotel window in Moosomin. Fields of frost as the sun came up! Wow. I love that swirly road.

I love redwing blackbirds too! Especially the trill song they have. Also like the yellowwinged ones too but don't see those as much anymore. Beautiful pics, as always!
