A Walk in the Park

Autumn has arrived full force here - the city is gorgeous right now!  We've had hot days, no wind, and not a cloud in the sky for eight days straight.  It's like everything is happily holding still.  As soon as the first child awoke this morning, we were out the door together for an early morning stroll.  Look at our lovely collection!

There is still a lot of green out there, but there are also trees that are entirely bare.  One strong wind, and they'll all be gone!  I think we'll make a mobile out of these by stringing them onto a branch.


Today, we'll also head out to Cranberry Flats.  Tonight - the harvest moonrise!  Trust me, my camera batteries are charging as we speak : )

    Love the colours! A couple years ago I mod podged some leaves to preserve them and made a garland!
